Starting at $15/hour
1st shift schedule
Located in Freeland, PA
Office Coordinator / Admin Duties and Responsibilities
Host event planning meetings to coordinate event details
Completes and submits event plan, schedule, and budget
Support and encourage event participants to assist the events
Phone calls including Inbound/outbound calls to promote events
Responsible for Data entry, sorting, filing, and maintaining document updates
Remains informed about and comply with all current policies, procedures and guidelines
Office Coordinator / Admin Requirements and Qualifications
Must have knowledge of Microsoft, word and excel
Email, internet, and texting capabilities for consistent and effective communication, document sharing and research
Able to read/write and speak English
Bilingual preferred but not required
6 month to a year administrative experience
Must have your own transportation and reliability is a must
