Plant Manager - Food Industry

​Our client is an independent, family-owned company providing custom menu & supply chain solutions for food service as well as retail channels who serve national and international customers. They are in need of a Plant Manager who has experience with managing continuous production lines and impingement ovens.

Plant Manager Responsibilities

The plant manager will be responsible for all plant operations by managing and providing leadership that promotes development of the management team. He/she will organize and direct the workflow, improve efficiencies through further development of manufacturing policies, and meet performance metrics which track productivity, yield, labor efficiencies, quality, and inventory turnover.

Plant Manager Qualifications

  • The right candidate will have multiple years of direct experience in food manufacturing

  • Experience with managing continuous production lines and impingement ovens

  • Leadership experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA, and BRC / SQF requirements
