Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our client in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This individual will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment along with basic building maintenance and repairs using diagrams, OEM manuals, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot and repair malfunctions. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21 to $25/hour, paid weekly

Located in Wilkes-Barre, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance tasks
Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment, support equipment, facilities, and safety equipment
Complies with company personnel and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices Performs special projects
Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined work-piece to specifications
Requirements and Qualifications
1-year certificate from college or technical school or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training
An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
Must have strong analytic, mathematical, verbal, and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be practical, with good decision-making skills
Must be able to work independently and set priorities to meet firm reporting deadlines
Strong mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical background including 3-phase motors
