HIRING IMMEDIATELY: RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE SUPPORT IN DALLAS, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receptionist / Office Support role to join our client in Dallas, TX. This key front-desk position supports multiple departments while providing an exceptional customer experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- $55,000 to $60,000/year, paid weekly
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Dallas, TX
- Potential Temp-to-Hire (TTH)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Assist Accounting and Leasing departments with administrative tasks
- Provide support to the Sales team, including transferring calls and general coordination
- Manage office and kitchen supply orders
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Support special projects and daily operations as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with basic computer programs and office equipment
- Professional, reliable, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple departments
- High school diploma or equivalent
