The role will be focused on project management and improving operational efficiencies. A “can-do” attitude along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in this position. The Project Manager will interface daily with supply chain, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and demand planning. Reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of approved projects according to established target dates and budgets in an organized and detailed manner

  • Provide cross-functional coordination and communication across multiple New Product Development and Renovation projects

  • Develop and maintain all project-related documentation which includes project timelines, milestones, checklists & internal meetings

  • Set and manage project timelines in a timely manner

  • Report project progress to stakeholders and leadership using various communication mediums including presentations, digital dashboards, email, and verbal communications

  • Build constructive business relationships with all stakeholders, especially factory partners

  • Actively participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process by providing project status and escalating known development issues

  • Proactively schedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects

  • Identify and communicate forward-looking constraints and supplier issues that impact timelines and budgets

  • Motivate project team members and contractors to have them be accountable for their assigned work

  • Effectively interact with Design, Brand Marketing, R&D, and other functions

  • Recognize, celebrate and reward successes of individuals and of teams

  • Hold regular reviews with managers to ensure program and project plans are aligned with identified PMO work streams

  • Cultivate effective communication among team members

  • Recommend improvements in project deliverables and overall process improvements

  • Develop and implement documents such as checklists and templates for production plans

  • Partner with the core PMO team to implement project/portfolio process improvements

  • Implement standardized guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans

  • Assist in post-launch audit evaluations to recommend ideas for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Engineering, Math, Finance, or related analytical discipline

  • Experience leading projects and programs with mid-high complexity

  • Experience in deploying project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes

  • Logical and creative problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Able to influence team members and all stakeholders

  • Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of effective organizational and planning skills

  • Able to work with cross-functional teams

  • Able to be the “squeaky wheel” and hold cross-functional team members accountable for meeting deadlines

  • Team player that appreciates working in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for a minimum of the next two years

  • Able to travel internationally up to 20%

  • Able to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification

  • Consumer products industry experience
