NOW HIRING: INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR IN KING OF PRUSSIA, PA

Accurate Personnel is hiring for an Industrial Equipment Coordinator to join our client in King of Prussia, PA. The Industrial Equipment Coordinator oversees the company fleet and manages communications with field personnel, as well as supporting inbound operations. Industrial Equipment Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support supervisor and regional manager with monitoring fleet and managing communications with field personnel, including job scheduling and technician scheduling

  • Receive inbound calls from customers (including internal operations) and obtain all necessary information to schedule and respond to requested services

  • Use company ERP to create work orders and manage work order information from start to finis

  • Monitor and assess field operations for equipment needs and manage PO process

  • Assist with follow up and communication providing status to customer

  • Assist with scheduling of preventative maintenance and annual inspections

  • Maintain company toll pass systems including managing transponders and payables

  • Order and distribute oversize/overweight permits as required

  • Work with the corporate compliance team on company license, title and registration process

  • Work with the corporate compliance team to maintain Telematics (GPS tracking) and Comdata fuel card software for set up and utilization

  • Assist safety/corporate compliance team with researching red light violations and any other violations/issues involving the company's fleet assets

  • Ensure all compliance issues are monitored and maintained effectively

IndustrialEquipment Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of applicable Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Safety Regulations

  • Excellent computer skills in most Microsoft programs including Word and Excel

  • Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and meet varying deadlines

  • Meticulous and thorough with extreme attention to detail
