HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL HANDLER IN HUNTLEY, ILAccurate Personnel is seeking a reliable Material Handler to join our team in Huntley, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining raw materials for the thermoforming process, staging plastic rolls, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of products. If you have experience in warehouse operations and are looking for a role with a focus on safety and efficiency, we encourage you to apply!Pay, Schedule, and LocationPay: $18.75/hourSchedule: 3:30 PM to 1:45 AM, Monday through ThursdayLocation: Huntley, ILDuties and ResponsibilitiesProduction Staging: Stage plastic rolls in the production staging area.Departmental Assistance: Assist other departments as needed.Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse area, ensuring efficient use of space and cleanliness.Inventory Management: Notify supervisor and shipping if rolls are not in the designated holding area, and manage the movement of pallets and stock for shipping.Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.Physical and Visual Activities/DemandsStanding, walking, bending, reaching, reading, writing, and talking.Carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to lift, reach, stand, and walk throughout the day.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic math and computer skills.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good organizational skillsExperience:High school diploma or equivalent.Experience with forklifts, scanners, and general warehouse operations.Machines, Tools, and Equipment:Scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, knives, and computers.Environmental Demands:Exposure to heat, noise, vibration, dust, cold, and chemicals.SkillsRun plant reports for raw materials needed for production.Self-starting, willing to learn, and able to perform additional tasks as required.Proficient in basic math and English for paperwork.Effective communication skills and active team participation.Maintain a 97% attendance record and good working relationships with inspectors and operators.Locate and store inventory by location, manage raw materials, and ensure accurate reporting of inventory.--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELEverybody needs to work, but turning that work into a rewarding career is what separates Accurate Personnel from any other job.
