Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18/hour
- Thursday training and full day on Friday July 18th from 8am-5pm
- Located in Katy, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a positive first impression and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Managing Incoming Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages accurately when necessary and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including sorting and distributing mail, managing meeting room bookings, and assisting with data entry or document preparation as needed.
- Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring it presents a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Security and Access Control: Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness, including issuing visitor badges, verifying appointments, and following company security protocols.
