Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Inside Sales Lead / Export Coordinator to join our client in Hialeah, FL. This individual will be responsible for handling or monitoring Inside Sales Department several customer accounts, organize, and provide all customer related questions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25 - $30/hour, paid weekly
  • 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise and support regarding pricing, quoting, credit terms, orders, and many other sales support and account management functions
  • Research in detail a specific item in a multi program in house software based on a customer inquiry with little or no information and randomly verify physically on site the specifications of a certain part
  • Filing documents, verify customer credit status, organize customer files, folders, Credit Memos, Debit Memos, sending promo flyers, offers, additional order
  • Weekly Invoicing update (2-3 times a week) update batches related to all invoices, store and organize all related documentation for recording purposes
  • Support the accounting department as needed, including, but not limited to, new account set-up, credit applications, credit limits, credit balances, and proper communications with the Accounts Receivable team regarding exceptions
  • Provide Sales support for existing clients by sending current promos in an effort on upselling on NEW or Existing orders based on current promos or potential special prices by consulting Sales Manager (Sales incentives)
  • Follow up with Shipment Notification
  • Inventory discrepancies follow up while uploading export documents to transmit to CBP
  • Confirm all Batches which have been made are in correct format and invoices are in established format as indicated to each Customer Service Representative
  • Process Initiation/ Investigation / Follow-Up and Closure
  • Office maintenance and repair requests from different vendors, obtains appropriate manager approvals
  • Run all purchases by Manager/immediate supervisor and sign off by AGM or GM
  • Obtain the online quotes after confirming M3 by warehouse when Warehouse supervisor asks for assistance
  • Assists warehouse supervisor with Warehouse Back Order readiness
  • Tools system price update assistance for importing individual item lists for tool pricing
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years Inside Sales/Account management
  • 2+ Years experience in Sales Support, Customer Support
  • Background in construction sales
  • Knowledge of the power tool industry and all phases of construction
  • Proficiency in ALL MICROSOFT SUITES (MUST PROVE during interview)
  • MUST Be able to take an extra effort in all tasks, PRO Active is mandatory
  • Responsibilities are KEY to a success in the position
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of employment
  • Valid driver's license or local ID
  • This position requires individuals to sit for intermittent periods of time. May require light lifting, bending, stooping or reaching
  • Overtime working is required
