HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PICKER AND PACKER IN NORTHAMPTON, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Picker and Packer to join our team in Northampton, PA. This individual will be responsible for picking products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick tickets, as well as packing items securely and accurately in accordance with client and shipping requirements. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st Shift: 6 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Northampton, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick tickets
- Pack items securely and accurately in accordance with client and shipping requirements
- Label packages with correct shipping information
- Verify accuracy of picked items and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines at all times
- Assist with restocking, cycle counts, and inventory control as needed
- Support inbound and outbound processes as directed by supervisors
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience (especially in a 3PL environment) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer or RF scanner knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime when needed
