HIRING IMMEDIATELY: LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE IN LACEY, WA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Loss Prevention Associate to join our client in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for detecting, reporting and resolving matters in the area of safety, inventory shortage and theft, and for providing customer service as per company standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
  • 1st shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm
  • Located in Lacey, WA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets
  • Enforce company standards as they relate to security and safety procedures
  • Participate in the training of new hire associates in matters of loss prevention
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly store audits
  • Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to key holders on duty
  • Ensure physical security by controlling access of associates and visitors
  • Along with maintaining visit control log
  • Participate in the distribution's loss prevention and safety programs
  • Complete reports on incidents and log the activity
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the manager
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and/or experience
  • Must have Loss Prevention experience
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, and to see or hear activity in the store
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Working in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures
  • Ability to maintain a fair, consistent set of standards, using judgment and discretion
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills
