Responsible for customer audits to the FAA Repair station, compliance FAA audits, adherence to customer quality requirements, Turn Around Time, training, staffing, and regulatory requirements to repaired items.Drive and ensure attention to detail, data and reports for Key Performance indicators of the FAA Repair Station to facilitate the identification of areas of opportunity. Institutionalize and maintain compliance to the applicable Quality Management System processes and requirements.
