Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Line Lead to join our team in Bloomingdale, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in a packaging/manufacturing environment, report on production metrics, and assist with scheduling, staffing and resource allocation for maximum productivity. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory or leadership experience, strong understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and quality control, bi-lingual Spanish, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $23/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Week 1: Monday – Friday 5 AM to 5 PM, Week 2: Monday – Friday 5 AM to 5 PM
- Located in Bloomingdale, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the activities of production line team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor daily production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and deadlines
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to optimize performance and development
- Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Report on production metrics, progress, and potential improvements to management
- Enforce workplace safety policies and address safety concerns immediately
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for maximum productivity
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bi-lingual Spanish required
