HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PICKER/PACKER IN ATLANTA, GA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Picker/Packer associates to join our client in Atlanta, GA. This role takes place in a fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment center with mandatory overtime as needed. Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and standing for long periods.
PAY, SCHEDULE, AND LOCATION:
- Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: 1st shift, Sunday to Wednesday is 7 am to 5:30 pm, OT on Thursday
- Location: Atlanta, GA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pick, pack, and kitting products for order fulfillment
- Stand and walk for 10–12-hour shifts
- Follow accuracy and quality standards for all orders
- Cross-train and assist in additional warehouse departments
- Lift and move products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all facility safety guidelines
- Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Support team members to meet production goals
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to stand for 10–12 hours
- Lift up to 50 lbs as required
- Must be dependable and able to work mandatory OT
- Comfortable working in heat/cold depending on season
- Hair below the ears must be pulled up
- Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
