Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Manager to join our client in Baytown, TX. This individual is responsible for managing operations of the customer service department. Pay, Schedule, Location
  • $55,000 - $60,000
  • 7 am - 3 pm, Monday - Friday 
  • Location in Baytown, TX 77523
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the customer service department along with implementing policies and procedures
  • Evaluate and monitor the team's performance
  • Effectively and promptly address complex or escalated customer complaints and inquiries
  • Oversee and manage the order processing lifecycle, emphasizing accuracy and on-time fulfillment
  • Ensure smooth order management and delivery by partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Document and maintain meticulous records of all customer order information
  • Collaborate with logistics/warehouse to manage stock/inventory flow
  • Resolve discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy via scheduled audits
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance team skills
  • Report customer service performance to senior management regularly
  • Analyze customer service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and trends
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service levels and boost customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and to process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • May require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events
