This individual will be responsible for supporting sales growth by delivering excellent customer service and assisting both the sales team and consumers. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
- 7 am - 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- Located in Greenwood, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling sales transactions
- Processing orders for customers or clients
- Addressing customer and consumer inquiries
- Managing returns and credits, and supporting promotions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take one multiple tasks at a time is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with systems like AS400 or EDI are preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies
