HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PLANNER IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Planner to join our client’s team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills. The Planner will be responsible for reviewing, entering, and planning work orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer and company requirements.
Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- Starting pay: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience, paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and enter work orders, verifying all technical and customer information
- Analyze contracts, blueprints, and specifications for completeness and accuracy
- Input and sequence specifications, processes, and customer requirements
- Ensure proper approvals and revision levels are in place for each order
- Coordinate with internal teams and Customer Success Representatives to obtain missing data
- Support continuous improvement and participate in ongoing training programs
- Assist across departments with administrative and project-based responsibilities
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry, data analytics, or contract review (aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred)
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy under tight deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
