Maintenance Technician Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $13.50/hour, paid weekly

Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
Pick up trash if seen on grounds
Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our tenants
Must have your own basic tools
Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders
Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
Painting
Plumbing a must
Minor Carpentry
Other building maintenance items as needed
Experience and Compensation
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar position
