Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

Job Description

​Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving for assigned customers.


  • Manage daily customer account activities; PO review order entry, planning, scheduling, shipping and Returns for repairs or upgrades through ERP system and Repair Station Database

  • Communicate clearly the progress of scheduled orders and ensure On Time Deliver per Customer requirements

  • Coordinate with various departments such as QC, compliance, planning, production, shipping, finance, and repair station, to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work in partnership with Program Management to ensure customer requirements are met

  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner

  • Deliver a high level of customer service, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our internal and external customers

  • Ensure data tracking and results are documented to support metrics and KPI's

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

  • Working knowledge of ISO/9001/14000/13485 and AS9100 processes


  • High school diploma required or equivalent

  • Must have knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows, Access, etc.)

  • Ability to function in an ever changing environment

  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems

  • Account Management experience

  • Five or more years of Customer Service experience
