Acts as the primary point of contact for customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving for assigned customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer account activities; PO review order entry, planning, scheduling, shipping and Returns for repairs or upgrades through ERP system and Repair Station Database
Communicate clearly the progress of scheduled orders and ensure On Time Deliver per Customer requirements
Coordinate with various departments such as QC, compliance, planning, production, shipping, finance, and repair station, to ensure customer satisfaction
Work in partnership with Program Management to ensure customer requirements are met
Address inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Deliver a high level of customer service, demonstrating sensitivity to the needs and concerns of our internal and external customers
Ensure data tracking and results are documented to support metrics and KPI's
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
Working knowledge of ISO/9001/14000/13485 and AS9100 processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma required or equivalent
Must have knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows, Access, etc.)
Ability to function in an ever changing environment
Experience working in a manufacturing industry
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Account Management experience
Five or more years of Customer Service experience
