HIRING IMMEDIATELY: IMPORT COORDINATOR IN WOOD DALE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring an Import Coordinator to join our client in Wood Dale, IL on a temp to hire basis. This individual will begin as an administrative assistant and then transition to Import Coordinator. The Import Coordinator will be responsible for data entry, appointment scheduling, and daily interactions with drivers. Import Coordinator Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $20 to $25/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

  • Located in Wood Dale, IL

Import Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between carriers and companies

  • Respond to high volume emails and phone calls

  • Communicate with carriers for inbound and outbound shipments

  • Enter appropriate data into company system

Import Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic working knowledge of computers

  • Strong phone skills

  • Previous experience in the transportation industry is preferred
