Production Operators Pay and Schedule
1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, $14/hour
2nd Shift: 5:30 pm to 4:00 am, Monday through Thursday, $14.50/hour
Quality InspectorsPay and Schedule
(1st Shift) Quality Inspectors (Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm) @$16/hr (automotive)
(2nd Shift) Quality Inspectors (Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm – 5:30 am) @$17+ differential of $1/hr. (medical)
(3rd Shift) Quality Inspectors (Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm – 5:30 am) @$17+ differential of $1/hr. (medical)
Automation OperatorsPay and Schedule
(2nd Shift) Automation Operators (Monday through Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am) @$15.50/hr
(1st shift ) Automation Operators (Monday through Thursday 6:00 am – 3:00 am) @$15/hr
Packing Operators Pay and Schedule
(1st Shift) Packaging Operator ( Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm) @$14/hr
Shipping/Warehouse Pay and Schedule
Shipping Clerks ( Monday through Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm) @$16.25/hr
Production Operator Duties and Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Maintain activity logs
Packing and shipping
Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience as a machine operator
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength
