Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for safely feeding materials into machinery, inspecting products for any defects and ensuring finished goods are packed in the correct configurations, notifying your supervisor immediately of any quality issues that arise, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment, must have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail for product inspection and packing, basic mathematical calculation skills, ability to read and follow standard work instructions, and reliability and punctuality are a must. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $15/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st: Monday - Friday, 7:50am - 4:00pm, 2nd: Monday - Friday, 3:50pm - 12am, 3rd: Sunday - Thursday, 11:50pm - 8:00am
- Located in Columbus, Ohio
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely feeding materials into machinery
- Inspecting products for any defects and ensuring finished goods are packed in the correct configurations
- Notifying your supervisor immediately of any quality issues that arise
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping practices in your work area
- Working safely and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Performing basic mathematical calculations and diligently following standard work instructions
