Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania.
This individual will be responsible for providing Accounting Analyst with Daily Volume for DC, overseeing purchase order procedure, assisting with updating vendor files, contacting vendors, completing the 3 way matching verification for payment process of invoices, and more. The ideal candidate will possess good organizational skills, a strong sense of teamwork, adhere to strict deadlines, must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time, and much more. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Accounting Analyst with Daily Volume for DC
- Obtain daily fill rater and cycle count information
- Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC
- Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices
- Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives
- Consults with Accounting Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, Operations Administrative Manager and all levels of DC Management
- Assist with updating vendor files
- Contact vendors to obtain proper documentation
- Assist with lumping process
Requirements and Qualifications
- Good organizational skills
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English
- Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some college preferred
- Excel
- Knowledge of DC Operations
