This individual will be responsible for handling orders with precision, including gathering shipping details, and providing information regarding availability and order status. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20 to $24/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st shift: 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Chino, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling orders with precision, including gathering shipping details
- Providing information regarding availability and order status
- Providing customer support via email
- Using computer systems and scanners to manage orders
- Routing and scheduling outbound shipments
- Submit regular reports to the customer daily, and ensure that the reports are accurate, concise, and timely
- Pack and create labels systemically
- Following safety best practices throughout all operations to prevent injuries on the job
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with the supervisors and the rest of the team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be bilingual
