Job Title: Data & Trend Supervisor
Reports to: Data & Trend Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Note: This operation runs 24/7, and individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required and the facility is only closed three days each year.
Job Purpose:
The Data & Trend Supervisor leads a team of analysts responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business decision-making. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to transform data into actionable insights, and proficiency in creating clear, impactful visuals such as graphs and tables. An accounting background is a plus, and advanced Excel skills are required. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who excels at communicating complex data effectively and driving results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Data & Trend Analysts, ensuring high-quality performance and accurate outputs.
  • Analyze large datasets with precision, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and deliver polished presentations, including visualizations (graphs, charts, tables), to clearly communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout analysis and reporting processes.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations across the organization.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable insights.
  • Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a distribution environment with varying temperatures.
  • Ability to safely work around/with heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Requirements
  • This position may require occasional travel, subject to business needs. Employees should be prepared to travel for meetings, training, or other work-related events as necessary.
