Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forecast Analyst to join our team in Minooka, IL. This individual will be responsible for the efficient operation of the ripening facility within the warehouse. They will work closely with customers and vendors to ensure optimal fulfillment of orders with products that meet customer standards, and in accordance with company procedures. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $47,000 to $52,000/yearly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4:40 pm
- Located in Minooka, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize a forecasting model based on information from customer, historical demand, and business capacity
- Manage the continuous ripening cycle to meet demand and maintain product quality and shelf-life
- Conduct required inbound inspections to ensure product meets criteria prior to the ripening process
- Communicate with the customer and Distribution Center any anticipated changes in demand or supply
- Implement and maintain proper sanitation in the area
- Implement proper Preventive Maintenance program for rooms and equipment
- Track and maintain records of any customer feedback, with corrective actions as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the banana ripening process, as well as banana quality, maturation, and supply chain
- Strong Planning and organizational skills
- Must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills required; excellent with Excel and all Microsoft automation
- Preferred WMS skills required.
