HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FOREMAN / SET UP ASSOCIATE IN WOODSTOCK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Foreman / Set Up Associate to join our client in Woodstock, IL. This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to injection molding and installation processes. The ideal candidate will possess experience in injection molding setups, as well as a strong understanding of its basic principles. Apply online and kick start your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm
Located in Woodstock, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Remove existing mold from the press, if necessary
Set up new molds and install water lines
Install proper length knock-out rods and hook up electrical equipment, as well as chute and conveyor, if needed
Set molding condition parameters, using the cycle book
Fill out the set-up checklist and file it in the cycle book
Requirements and Qualifications
Must possess experience in injection molding setups
Ability to maintain space equipment storage and set-up areas
Must maintain an adequate quantity of set-up supplies, such as water hoses, water fittings, etc
Ability to abide by established housekeeping procedures
Report all equipment, that does not appear to be, operating safely, to your supervisor
