Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our client in Allentown, PA. This individual is responsible for loading and unloading materials along with operating a forklift. The individual will have previous general labor experience. Pay, Schedule, Location
- $23.50/hour, paid weekly
- 2/2/3 rotating shift, 5:45pm - 6am
- Location in Allentown, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus
- Wrap and stage pallets
- Prepare pallets for shipment along with clearing them out for shipments
- Troubleshooting breakdowns forklift, maintaining supplies, performing preventative maintenance and calling for repairs
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work in a fast paced environment
- Will be required to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Ability to follow instructions and have strong communication skills
