Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Laborers / Machine Operators to join our client in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a factory setting. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed automation machines, performing set-ups and change-outs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring product quality and efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
1st and 2nd shift schedules: 7:30 am to 4 pm or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Located in Wilkes-Barre, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high-speed automation machines
Perform set-ups and change-outs
Troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure product quality and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a factory setting operating machinery
Experience with High-Speed Automation Machines
Set Up & Change Out Experience
Troubleshooting skills
HMI Experience preferred
