Position: Industrial Technician
Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Experience Required: 2+ years as a Industrial Technician / Mechanic within Manufacturing
Shift: 1st shift OR 3rd Shift = 12hr Shifts + OT + Weekends
Pay Range: $28 to $32/hour
Location: Henrietta, TX

Position Summary:
Our client is looking to hire 1st shift and 3rd shift Industrial Technician. These are direct-hire opportunities with a growing organization. Responsible for maintenance and repair of various industrial manufacturing equipment. Please see below for additional information.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various industrial production manufacturing equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on robotics, drive motors, conveyors, pumps, and lifts
  • Install, dismantle, reassemble, and move machinery as needed
  • Attend team meetings including Safety Committee and shift meetings
  • Promote and uphold safety protocols across the facility
  • Communicate effectively with Maintenance Coordinator regarding tasks and safety issues
Job Requirements:
  • 2+years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical PLC schematics, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Strong Electrical troubleshooting skills; (motors, sensors, PLC’s. 3-Phase 480V systems, control panels)
  • Proficient with Allen Bradley, Siemens PLC systems
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety and OSHA standards in an industrial environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Basic computer skills for work order entry and maintenance logs
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to work 12hr shifts plus overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, platform work and stand for long periods
