Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Janitor to join our client in Aberdeen, MD. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, and organized warehouse and office environments. PAY, SCHEDULE, AND LOCATION:
- $19 to $20/hour, paid weekly
- 1st Shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: Wednesday through Saturday, 2:00 pm to 12:30 am
- Location: Aberdeen, MD
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors
- Empty warehouse trash cans and replace liners
- Vacuum, sweep, and wet mop office floors
- Operate floor scrubber and sweeper for warehouse floors
- Clean breakrooms, including tables, cabinets, and microwaves daily
- Perform weekly refrigerator cleanouts
- Wipe down all surface areas, including conference rooms
- Complete assigned monthly cleaning duties
- Maintain cleanliness standards across warehouse and office areas
- Follow company safety and sanitation guidelines
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in warehouse and office janitorial work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and sweepers
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
