This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of one or more injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a machine operator in the molded plastic field, or other fast-paced, production-based manufacturing environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16.25/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
7 pm to 7 am, rotating schedule
Located in Pleasant Praire, WI
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and monitoring of one or more injection molding machines
Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established procedures
Visually inspecting and ensuring that the product is manufactured and packaged to customer specifications
Operating auxiliary decorating, stacking, and automated equipment
Communicate with previous shift, relief, supervision, and other operators to exchange information on process conditions
Maintain general housekeeping standards throughout the plant, such as sorting, sweeping, and cleaning
Requirements and Qualifications
Prior experience as a machine operator in the molded plastic field, or other fast-paced, production-based manufacturing environment
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to read, understand, and execute all work instructions and SOPs
Must be able to timely and accurately complete all required production paperwork
