Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Orlando, FL. This individual will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled labor in the repair of HOA facilities. This may include basic carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19.10/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Sunday schedule
- Located in Orlando, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Observes all safety rules and regulations to minimize risk, ensure the safety of employees and homeowners.
- Inspects property and common area for unsafe conditions, clears hazards.
- Reports safety conditions, security issues and any suspicious activity
- Works on assigned projects, makes appropriate decisions based on work experience and individual skills.
- Reports any issues that are beyond capabilities.
- Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
- Inspects and maintains all swimming pools in accordance with County ordinances.
- Operates vehicles and other equipment in accordance with all safety regulations and procedures. Reports any mechanical problems.
- Conduct walk-throughs and visually assess safety and operational efficiency.
- Completes incident and accident reports as required.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs and records of work completed.
- Assist in any community events that may occur.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Skilled In use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work individually
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Experience in handyman tasks
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Good work habits: punctuality, efficiency, and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of safety codes and standards
- Attention to detail
- CPO License preferred
