We’re a dynamic, rapidly expanding third-party logistics (3PL) provider looking for a Bilingual Operations Supervisor who thrives in high-energy environments and knows how to lead from the front. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive performance, and collaborate with associates and management to meet and exceed KPIs and SLAs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail distribution, reverse logistics, or e-commerce, and who’s ready to grow with a company that values innovation, agility, and people-first leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 25+ associates, including frontline leaders, to deliver results across multiple operational functions
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure smooth execution of daily workflows and strategic initiatives
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to build a high-performing team
- Monitor and maintain operational equipment, reporting issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime
- Champion a safe, clean, and efficient work environment that supports productivity and morale
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and take ownership of new responsibilities as the business evolves
- Support HR-related functions including scheduling, attendance, and employee relations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, drive team performance, and resolve employee relations issues proactively
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in 3PL, retail distribution, reverse logistics, or e-commerce environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships during startup or conversion phases
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both office and warehouse environments
- Comfortable walking, standing, kneeling, and climbing as needed
- Must be able to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs
