HIRING IMMEDIATELY: RECEPTIONIST IN BOLINGBROOK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receptionist to join our client in Bolingbrook, IL. This individual will be responsible for assisting brokers inquiries with account balances, inventory levels, orders and mailing every Wednesday. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
- 1st shift: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
- Located in Bolingbrook, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fax machine: check paper, record, copy and distribute checks received
- Distribute all other faxes received
- Answer and distribute incoming calls
- Greet visitors, maintain visitor log
- Email, fax, customer statements, per list
- Check voice mail for any left messages.
- Make sure all previous week invoices are mail
- Sort, label and file delivery “trips”
- Box, and send via Fed ex “trips and associated invoices copies to NJ for scanning
- Open, distribute incoming mail
- Copy checks from mail, distribute to Credit Dept
- Prepare outgoing mail/Fed ex for pick up
- Help with organizing and mail of invoices from traffic
- Order, distribute and store office supplies, maintain inventory in organized fashion
- Receive and distribute, as directed, payroll checks for Temp agency employees
- Assist Brokers inquiries with account balances, inventory levels, orders and mailing every Wednesday
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in the customer service industry is a plus
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Have great phone etiquette
- Great communication skills written and verbal
