Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Temporary Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our client in Indianapolis, IN. This individual will be responsible for operating both a Reach Truck and an Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations, including inventory movement, picking, and staging of materials. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
- 1st shift: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, Temporary
- Located in Indianapolis, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment safely and efficiently
- Pull, stage, and load materials for outbound shipments
- Accurately pick and scan products using RF scanners
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues as needed
- Assist in other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have a valid forklift certification (Reach & Order Picker)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating both types of forklifts
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
