Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Administrator to join our client in Tampa, FL. This individual will be responsible for preparing customer orders by processing bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and customs documents. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Monday through Friday, 11 am to 4 pm
- Located in Tampa, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders by processing bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and customs documents
- Utilize warehouse material moving equipment to manage inventory
- Pick and pull orders throughout the warehouse
- Scan and index shipping documents into the system
- Schedule outbound deliveries
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have Microsoft experience and be proficient using excel, email, teams
- SAP experience is a plus
- Must have selecting experience operating a Cherry Picker & Reach Truck
- Must pay attention to details
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
