Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This individual will be responsible for picking and packing products from warehouse locations according to customer orders and company procedures. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly
- 10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
- Located in Pompano Beach, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack products from warehouse locations according to customer orders and company procedures
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments manually or using material handling equipment (such as a pallet jack)
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated areas according to organizational standards
- Assist with inventory counting and organization to maintain accurate stock levels
- Safely and efficiently handle all products to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by following all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Basic literacy and numerical skills to read order sheets and count inventory
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
