This individual will be responsible for strategically managing the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $65,000 to $75,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Located in Elgin, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company's policies and vision
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
Manage stock control ad reconcile with the data storage system
Monitor/address any shipping errors
Organize kitting production schedule
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies
Plan work schedules, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results
Inter-country documentation and knowledge
Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate employees
Produce reports and statics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.)
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years related warehouse management experience
Demonstrate, positive supervisory and management skills
Good understanding of WMS
Strong computer skills
Outstanding written/verbal communication
Proficient knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving
Vendor management: FedEx, UPS, Uline, etc
College degree is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
