Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Specialist to join our client in Lebanon, IN. This individual will be responsible for fulfilling orders by picking, packing, and shipping items as needed. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Lebanon, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Fulfilling orders by picking, packing, and shipping items as needed.
Receiving and stocking inbound orders while meticulously checking quantities and reporting any discrepancies.
Utilize RF technology for both inbound and outbound orders according to standard operating procedures.
Ensure inventory accuracy, including verifying the correct parts and quantities.
Unloading/loading trailers, stocking supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to supervisors/leads.
Participate in inventory cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy.
Meet production targets after training completion.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a picker/packer in a warehouse environment is required.
Cycle counting experience is preferred.
Ability to operate RF scanners is required.
High School diploma or GED is required.
Ability to meet production rates in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment.
Reliable transportation and solid work history.
Lift up to 50lbs.
