HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK IN HOUSTON, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Administrative Clerk to join our team in Houston, TX. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fulfillment center operations, as well as working within the office and occasionally in the warehouse to gather information on packages. The ideal candidate will possess some experience in an administrative role; however, candidates from various professional backgrounds are welcome to apply. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at 18.50/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st shift schedule, Monday through Saturday (availability from 6 am to 6 pm)
- Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our fulfillment center operations
- Work within the office and occasionally in the warehouse to gather information on packages
- Handle administrative tasks related to rejected or damaged packages
- Assist with the receiving line for items that require special handling
- Communicate with providers primarily via email using Outlook
- Address occasional inbound phone calls from providers
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Candidates from various professional backgrounds are welcome to apply
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is required
- Experience with Salesforce or SQL is highly preferred
- You will be required to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and an appropriate work shirt
