Position Summary:
As an Assembler, you'll be at the heart of creating top-notch products to fulfill customer orders. Your main responsibilities will include interpreting assembly and elevation drawings, constructing modular steel cabinets, reading tape measures, and using both manual and power tools like a pro.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interpret assembly and elevation drawings like a seasoned pro.
Construct modular steel cabinets and copper buss assemblies with finesse.
Showcase your expertise in using manual hand tools and power tools.
Work seamlessly within a team environment, maintaining positive and professional relationships with colleagues, management, and support resources.
Ensure safety first by wearing proper protective equipment and using tools responsibly.
Follow control document procedures with precision.
Regular in-person attendance is key to rocking this role.
Qualifications:
To shine in this role, you'll need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), or previous manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics.
The ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency in using shop equipment and hand tools.
Excellent mechanical skills and a flair for basic math functions.
Fluency in English for effective communication within the team.
