HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN HOUSTON, TX 77073
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client in Houston, TX 77073. This individual is responsible for customer follow ups and assisting team members with various tasks such as filling client quotes. Pay, Schedule, Location
  • Starting at $16 - $17/hourly, paid weekly
  • 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location in Houston, TX 77073
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cold calling customers, along with follow ups
  • Effectively manage customer issues and concerns while ensuring a positive experience
  • Assisting team members with filing client quotes
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Effectively manage customer issues and concerns while ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer problems
  • Daily use of a CRM software to track customers and clients
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Soho, Salesforce etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
