This individual will be responsible for effectively managing a large number of incoming customer calls, identifying and addressing needs to achieve customer satisfaction, and following communication procedures, guidelines and practices. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $17/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
- Located in Houston, Texas 77064
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a large number of incoming customer calls
- Identify and address needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and practices
Requirements and Qualifications
- Customer Care/Call Center Experience
- Strong phone contact handling and effective listening skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous utility experience would be a major plus, and would help with the quick paced training to get them on the phone
- Bilingual (verbal and written)
- Utility experience would be a PLUS but not necessary.
