Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Sales Associate to join our client in Hialeah, FL. This individual will be responsible for serving as the liaison between customers, purchasing managers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Ranging at $22.00/hour
8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Located in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between customers, purchasing managers, sales representatives, and internal departments
Support pricing, quoting, credit terms, orders, and other sales and account management functions
Ensure timely order entry, returns processing, credit memos, and coop claims
Prepare and lead professional account and sales meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reporting
Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service on special projects
Handle high volumes of communication: respond to hundreds of emails and calls daily
Execute and review data reports to improve customer and internal processes
Cross-train in admin support tasks such as reception, invoicing, office supply ordering, and meeting arrangements
Manage outbound freight processes for Ocean, Land, and Air shipments, including bonded/non-bonded exports
Support sales and supply chain initiatives to meet budget and business objectives
Maintain accurate records of inventory and accounts receivable transactions
May travel up to 30% of the time as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
2–3 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience (wholesale/distributor environment preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, Access (intermediate to advanced)
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems such as SAGE, ALTEC, ASCI or similar platforms
Knowledge of EDI environments and e-commerce operations is a plus
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be comfortable sitting for extended periods and occasionally lifting or reaching
Willing to work overtime as needed
