Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $64,000 to $90,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
Located in Plainfield, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Dept
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Operations manager duties and responsibilities may include interviewing, selecting, and hiring; training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
Ensuring regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
Managing budget to align with goals of the business
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be Bilingual
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
CPU Experience
