HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL STAFF ACCOUNTANT IN CHICAGO, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Staff Accountant to join our client, a family-owned company, on the southwest side of Chicago, IL. This individual will be responsible for managing the sales reporting cycle, acting as the liaison between management, sales, and accounting. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $65,000 to $75,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Generous PTO plan with a 401(k) program available
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm
Located in Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage sales reporting cycle, acting as the liaison between management, sales and accounting
Calculate and process commission payments timely and accurately
Process expense reimbursements in an accurate and timely fashion
Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Cross-train with other accounting positions to ensure adequate coverage
Perform other special projects as required
Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum two years experience in an accounting role
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Specifically Access)
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
High level of integrity and confidentiality is a must, ability to deal with sensitive information
