Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Vernon Hills, IL. The Customer Service Representative should be a motivated self-starter with a passion for serving customers as a customer service representative. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17 to $18/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Located in Vernon Hills, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for communicating with our customers via phone calls, faxes, chat & e-mails
Must be able to handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound & outbound)
Responsible for placing orders, handling refunds & setting up warranty replacements
Assist customers with order status questions, resolving returns, shipping inquiries & disputes
Troubleshooting the product & for saving the sale
Responsible for taking payment information & other pertinent order information such as addresses & phone numbers
Responsible for reporting any trending issues to the customer service leadership team & any other departments that require notification
Requirements and Qualifications
The candidate must be customer focused, dependable, passionate, reliable, energetic, flexible, versatile, a team player, and organized
Must be willing to work in a changing fast-paced environment
Needs to be able to help our customers navigate the company’s websites & placing online orders
Must be able to handle escalated calls
Must perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager of Customer Service
Must document all call & e-mail information according to standard operating procedures
Must be able to provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products and pricing
