The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution services, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish. This position involves data entry, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations for bonded shipments. Pay, Schedule, and Locations
- Starting pay: $21 to $23 per hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Miami, FL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry for distribution records
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery with trucking companies
- Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries
- Issue invoices and maintain customer documentation
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations for bonded shipments
- Support bonded warehouse operations and inventory control
- Utilize inventory and logistics software for daily operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in distribution services
- Proficiency in warehouse management software
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Must be able to provide professional references and pass a background check
